My enthusiasm for health and wellness began through my love of cooking and baking. I aimed to create healthy meals that nourished the body to meet its functional needs.
My interest in the human body mixed with my devotion to healing people ultimately led me to Massage Therapy. I graduated with distinction from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy and have not stopped learning since. My treatments strive to restore emotional, physical, and mental balance through effective touch specific to the client.
I am a therapist who is always ready to learn from, listen to, and educate individuals to enhance their quality of life and empower clients to achieve their fullest potential.
During my free time, I like doing anything that involves physical activity, cooking, and playing board games with friends and family.

Hi! My name is Andrew, and I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C.) who is excited and enthusiastic about supporting everyone’s journey towards improved mental, physical, and emotional well-being. I have a desire to ‘be the change I want to see’ and combine my psychology and engineering backgrounds to support individuals, couples, and groups to better understand themselves, and through that the world around them.
I previously worked for over ten years as a professional engineer in the Alberta oil and gas industry; this experience provides me with insight into some of the challenges associated with job and career development, striving to achieve a work-life ‘balance’, feeling burnt out and/or demotivated at work or home, potential career/industry transitions, and relationship issues. I have recent experiences as a mature student and working remotely, which help me empathize and appreciate the difficulties facing students, remote workers (including shift work in oilfield camps, remote worksites, and accessibility issues for disabled individuals), jobseekers, and others who feel isolated and lonely in this era of so-called ‘social’ media and ‘dating’ apps.
I practice from a trauma-informed perspective and have a special focus/interest in anxiety, depression, burnout, men’s health, and relationship/couples’ issues; these are of special interest because I have lived experience with all these themes and topics. I have experience as a client with children, teens, individuals, couples, and group counselling; these shape my practice and help me connect with my clients through an appreciation of how intimidating and scary therapy can be. I also have experience supporting children and youth and recognize that counselling young people and families requires different strategies than working with adults.
I use a non-judgmental and person-centered approach to hold space for the emotions and stories clients are willing to share, encourage deeper self-reflections and self-awareness, and collaboratively develop and implement a combination of therapeutic techniques and psychoeducation to help clients navigate personal challenges and pursue growth opportunities in their lives. I primarily utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and skills development topics and interventions from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) in my sessions with clients.
That is a long-winded way of saying that I work with you, at a pace you are comfortable with, to help you learn more about your own thoughts, emotions, and associated behaviours; once you are more aware of yourself, you will be empowered to effectively change your behaviours and life.
In my spare time I enjoy walking with my dog Apollo, remaining active through organized sports, gardening, paddleboarding, snowboarding, and playing modern and retro video games.

By implementing and fine-tuning the right combination of classical techniques (TCM Acupuncture, Fire Cupping, Tui-Na Massage) along with modern modalities (Electro-Acupuncture, Silicone Cupping, Assisted Stretch Therapy), Sam strives to work with his patients to enhance the mind-body connection in order to achieve a higher quality of life.

I work from a holistic and trauma informed approach that looks through the lens of attachment theory, which examines how our childhood relationships shape our emotional world. Within this framework, I infuse many different strategies to support a variety of concerns, including relationship breakdown and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, fertility, parenting struggles, and more. My way of viewing wellness and healing tends to be spiritual, artful, and somatic. My aim is for you to feel seen and heard throughout the therapy process and to work toward the feeling of genuine connection and fulfillment.
Prior to entering into the field of psychology, I spent some time learning about alternative and holistic forms of health. From there, I studied at MacEwan University and the University of Alberta, where I received my Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. Currently, I am working on a PhD in Secondary Education, where I continue to learn about alternative forms of healing – particularly indigenous ways of wellbeing. My friends tell me I will be a student forever – I place a lot of value on continued learning in order to best support my clients.
As a mom of a busy 6 year old – spare time is rare! However, one passion I carve out time for is in the art of dance. I am currently an artist with a wonderful group that invites differently abled bodies to collaboratively create performance pieces. I also really enjoy connecting with my Indigenous (Metis) spirituality.

Hello! My name is Meghan, and I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I have been working professionally with children, youth, parents, and families since 2015. I completed my undergraduate degree in the Child and Youth Care Program with MacEwan University and went on to complete my Master’s degree in Counselling through City University.
I am passionate about helping both individuals and families navigate difficult transitions and circumstances in their lives. My early career involved supporting youth in the community, which evolved into a passion for supporting those who often get lost or overwhelmed by complicated systems and services.
I enjoy working with children, teens, young adults, families, and adults, and I have experience supporting them through issues involving Anxiety/Worry/Stress, Behavior-based concerns, Emotional Regulation, Coping Skills/Self-Care, Body Image and Self-Esteem/Self-Compassion, ADHD/ Neurodivergence, Grief and Loss, Trauma, Relationship issues, Depression, Self-Harm/Risky behaviors, Parenting and Family Support, Life Transitions and Change, Parental Divorce/Separation, and more.
In my work, I use an integrated and holistic therapeutic approach, meaning that I often blend a variety of modalities and techniques to best support your unique needs. Often, that includes an attachment-based perspective in which I integrate various therapeutic frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness.
When working with children and youth, I also integrate non-directive Play Therapy-based techniques and creative/expressive therapies to help them navigate their learning journeys. In my work, I strive to make you feel safe, validated, and supported to meet your goals. I work in collaboration with clients to identify needs, understand lived experiences, and unlock hidden potential for change and growth. Most importantly, I believe in the power of respecting and honoring that you are the expert of your own experience. I believe that my role as your therapist is to support you to uncover the answers that will best suit you where you are right now and where you hope to be in the future.
I believe in supporting and affirming diversity, as well as ability, and I welcome opportunities to work with individuals across cultures, ethnicities, genders/gender identities, backgrounds, and those who are neurodiverse. I look forward to connecting with you!
When I am not conducting therapy, I can be found with my family, often outdoors. I enjoy spending time with my partner and my two children; we love to tackle new experiences together. When I am on my own, I am often engaged in gardening or indoor plant care, getting lost in home improvement projects, or I am cooking and baking up a storm.
